The breakfast was excellent with the most deliciois bacon, appreciated it.

It was impeccably clean, the staff was well-trained and attentive, plus the service was friendly. Quiet location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. Besides, it was just a walking distance from Carnwath downtown.

Modern hotel, welcoming staff, appetising food. Got fairly quiet room with tea coffee, all amenities plus very comfy bed. Magnificent setting, just off the falls and Carnwath.

I enjoyed the place, its superb breakfast.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, would recomand. Every detail was nice, really enjoyable. Got the same twin room booked online with tea coffee as well as a super comfy bed.

The stay was very delightful. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a lovely area, close to also the falls of the clyde at New Lanark, Carnwath Golf Club-a very interesting course and norhwest Scotland. The breakfast with a very professional waitress and juices was excellent and the people were brilliant there.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and our room was recently upgraded and good sized. We had sensational and great breakfasts with the most deliciois bacon. The room we had included a hair dryer, an iron, and coffee. Everyone working at this lovely cosy venue was pleasant. It offered us particularly good location near Edinburgh, Glasgow, New Lanark and all the area around and the restaurant.

What a great city break! The rooms were fantastic, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and generous, with homemade breads and fresh produce. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions. Also, the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

The stairs leading to the rooms were not even heights, which made it difficult for my elderly parents to navigate. Additionally, there were no grab rails or shower mats in the shower, making it slippery and somewhat dangerous. it did not ruin our stay, but it was definitely an inconvenience.
